stain removal:
wipe away any excess stain-causing material, soak the surface thoroughly with product, wait 5 minutes, then wipe away stain with a cloth. for tough stains, use a stiff bristle brush; if stain persists re-soak and allow up to 1 hour before wiping.

odor elimination:
thoroughly soak the entire area. for carpets, apply enough to reach urine penetration in the pad and floor; allow product to air dry (carpets and upholstery may take up to 2 weeks to dry). if odor remains after 2 weeks, pinpoint the source and repeat. keep pets and children off treated area until completely dry.

laundry:
saturate affected fabric areas with full-strength product, then wash as usual.
